Dear Barton Hall Customers
We are delighted to share the news that the Vines Brasserie will reopen its doors once again on Thursday 9th July 2020. We have missed seeing you all during the lockdown and we cannot wait to welcome you back. The Vines Brasserie will reopen with a reduced food and drinks menu.
We will be closed on Mondays and Tuesday with tables available on Wednesday through to Sunday from 12.30 – 8.30 due to us having limited staff on shift to comply with Government social distancing guidelines. It is with regret that at this time we will not be reopening 7 days a week and some areas of the business will remain closed until further notice.
To ensure that we can comply with the social distancing rules all tables at the Vines Brasserie must be reserved in advance by either by clicking here or call us on 01536 515505. Your pre-booked table will be allocated to you and your party for a maximum of 2 hours per visit. Only children over the age of 12 will be allowed in at this time. Tables will be available to book for up to a maximum of 6 people in line with the current Government Guidelines. We will ask that you arrive to the restaurant no earlier than 5 minutes before your booking slot and ask that you enter using the front door to arrive to the meet and greet desk located near the bar area whilst observing sensible social distancing on arrival where your booking data will be checked or collected for the Government Track and Trace policy whilst we remain GDPR compliant.
Table service will be in operation. We are sorry that we will be unable to accept any walk-in customers and we will not be opening the bar at this time for drinks only because of the limited table capacity. We would prefer all guests to make payment by card where ever possible however, we are happy to accept cash payments. We regret that the lunch club card will not be accepted until further notice.
Tables can be reserved inside or outside on the patio, however, outside tables reserved, in the event of bad weather we would ask that you ring us on the day to check if we are able to accommodate your booking inside, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
We are committed to ensuring that all areas are cleaned with the best quality sanitiser and single use cloths. There will be hand sanitiser stations around the building as well as cleaning checks and protocols that enable as much control as possible with key touch points and surface areas.
We would ask you out of respect to our customers and staff not to leave home if you or anyone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19.
As soon as we have any further updates on opening all areas of the business we will be in touch. In the meantime, we hope to see you at the Vines Brasserie very soon.
