1.1 This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on the Vines Lunch Club card. Further details regarding Vines Lunch Club cards can be found on our http://www.bartonhall.com/vines-brasserie/lunch-club(our site). You should understand that by ordering a Vines Lunch Club card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree to receive any offers or newsletters from Barton Hall.
1.2 We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without giving you any notice and it will remain your responsibility to look on our site. However, please note that you will be subject to the most current terms and conditions in force at the time when using your Vines Lunch Club card with us.

2.1 We are Barton Hall Hotel & Vines Brasserie. A company registered in England under company number 7842885 and with our registered office at Estate Office Rushton Hall, Rushton, Northants. 3 Your status
3.1 By placing an order for a Vines Lunch Club card, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
4.1 The Vines lunch club card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If you are a member issued with a Vines Lunch Club card and have supplied an email address, we will send you an electronic reminder towards the end of your term to advise you of the details of the new subscription. You are required to inform us if you change your correspondence address (both email and postal).
4.2 The Vines lunch club card will entitles you to a 25% discount off the bill for food only. The offer does not include beverages. Only one lunch card can be used for the whole table for a maximum of 8 people.
4.3 The Vines lunch club card is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, set price menus and excludes afternoon tea.
4.4 You will receive your Vines Lunch club card when completing and returning a membership form and will be valid for 12 months from this date. The lunch club card is non transferable and non refundable.
4.5 The Vines lunch club card is only valid for use in the Vines Brasserie and is not valid for use in any other restaurant including Rushton Hall Hotel & Spa.
4.6 On presentation of your Vines Lunch club card, will offer 25% off your total food bill applying to everyone dining in the group up to maximum of 8;
4.7 The lunch club card excludes bank holidays, Easter, Mothers’ Day, Fathers’ Day, Valentines’ Day and throughout December with these dates automatically excluded from the offer.
4.8 Advance table bookings can be made; Should you wish to book a table, your Vines Lunch club card must be mentioned at time of booking.
4.9 Any attempted misuse of Vines Lunch club cards may result in confiscation.
5 Written communication
5.1 Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
6.1 Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not prevent us from subsequently relying on, or enforcing, them.
7.1 If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8 Entire agreement
8.1 These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions. We each acknowledge that, in entering into these terms and conditions, neither of us relies on, or will have any remedies in respect of, any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these terms and conditions or the documents referred to in them. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability for fraud.
