Terms & Conditions
- Check in time is from 3pm on day of arrival and rooms must be vacated by 11am on day
of departure. - All bedrooms and hotel rooms are non smoking. Failure to follow this may incur
additional nights stay costs. - Should the room not be suitable for resale. Further action may be taken against any
guest smoking in a room. - A deposit of £50 per bedroom per night is required at the time of booking. Please note
that deposits are non–refundable and non transferable. - On arrival, at check in, a credit or debit card will be required payment of the remainder
of your whole stay at the hotel. - Bedrooms cancelled within 48 hours of the date of the arrival are subject to a full
cancellation charge. - All damage made to any of Barton Hall’s property by a customer or his/her guests must
be fully paid for.
- We regret food and drinks purchased outside Barton Hall Hotel cannot be consumed in
the Hotel or its grounds.
