Barton Hall proudly opened its doors in 2012 following a two year renovation project, emerging as a highly contemporary yet elegant Grade II listed Hotel. The hall is set in nearly 10 acres of grounds and woodland with a patio area overlooking the manicured gardens with valley views beyond.
When you arrive at Barton Hall you can expect a warm welcome in a relaxed environment with individually styled bedrooms. At the hub of the hotel you can find Vines Bar & Brasserie both of which are full of charm and character, offering a friendly atmosphere serving a wonderful selection of delicious drinks and scrumptious food.
The hotel boasts a number of conference rooms including the stunning Charles function suite and the beautiful Grade I listed Orangery all of which never fail to impress.Accommodation
Dear Barton Hall Customers
It was really nice to see you all again and after our first few weeks of being open on limited days we are delighted to announce that during August, we are participating in the Government Eat Out to Help Scheme and so we will be open 7 days a week. Priority will be given to customers who do wish to order food as we do have limited table capacity, however, should you wish to join us for a "drinks only table" bookings can be accepted on the day by telephone for a table of 2 -4 people for a maximum of 2 hours per visit. Drinks only tables are subject to availability on the day with table service only.
We will be open from Monday through to Saturday from 12.30 – 8.30 and Sundays 12 noon - 4pm due to us having limited staff on shift to comply with Government social distancing guidelines. It is with regret that at this time some other areas of the business still remain closed until further notice.
To ensure that we can comply with the social distancing rules all tables at the Vines Brasserie must be reserved in advance by either by clicking here or call us on 01536 515505. Your pre-booked table will be allocated to you and your party for a maximum of 2 hours per visit due to COVID-19 limitations. Children under the age of 12 will be welcome until 6pm so the last table booking available will be 4pm. Tables will be available to book for up to a maximum of 6 people inside or tables of 4 outside on the Patio in line with the current Government Guidelines. We will ask that you arrive to the restaurant no earlier than 5 minutes before your booking slot and ask that you enter using the front door to arrive to the meet and greet desk whilst observing sensible social distancing on arrival where your booking data will be checked or collected for the Government Track and Trace policy whilst we remain GDPR compliant.
Table service will be in operation. We are sorry that we will be unable to accept any walk-in customers. We would prefer all guests to make payment by card where ever possible however, we are happy to accept cash payments. We regret that the lunch club card will not be accepted until further notice.
Tables can be reserved inside or outside on the patio, however, outside tables reserved, in the event of bad weather we would ask that you ring us on the day to check if we are able to accommodate your booking inside, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
We are committed to ensuring that all areas are cleaned with the best quality sanitiser and single use cloths. There will be hand sanitiser stations around the building as well as cleaning checks and protocols that enable as much control as possible with key touch points and surface areas.
We would ask you out of respect to our customers and staff not to leave home if you or anyone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19.
As soon as we have any further updates on opening all areas of the business we will be in touch. In the meantime, we hope to see you at the Vines Brasserie very soon.
