General Terms & Conditions
All treatments are subject to completion of a medical consultation upon arrival. Guests are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete this form and prepare for their treatment. If any medical condition affects the suitability of a treatment, an alternative may be recommended, subject to availability.
Spa day access is from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm. The minimum age for treatments and facility use is 17 years old.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations or date changes are not permitted.
Treatments and spa days are available for pregnant guests only if they are between 14 and 36 weeks.
Hotel guests receive three hours of complimentary spa access, subject to availability. The three hours must be used consecutively between check-in (3:00 pm) and check-out (11:00 am).
Guests must comply with spa rules and instructions from management. The spa reserves the right to refuse admission or alter opening hours. Any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate may be asked to leave. The spa facilities may be closed periodically for maintenance, cleaning, or repairs.
No smoking or vaping is permitted within the spa. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access. Mobile phone use should be limited out of consideration for other guests.
Guests use the spa facilities at their own risk. Barton Hall is not liable for illness, injury, or medical complications resulting from spa use. Guests are encouraged to seek medical advice before undertaking any exercise. Barton Hall is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables left in the spa, including those stored in lockers. The spa must be vacated upon request from management or during fire alarms.
Prices for treatments may change without notice. All prices include VAT at 20%. Barton Hall reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Membership Terms & Conditions
The spa is open to members, hotel residents, and approved guests at Barton Hall’s discretion. Members will be notified by email of any changes to opening hours.
Members must adhere to all spa rules and management instructions. Members whose conduct is deemed inappropriate may have their membership terminated without refund. A terminated member may not enter the spa as a guest unless readmitted as a member.
The spa may close periodically for maintenance or special events. Members will be notified in advance of any planned closures.
Only members aged 17 years and over may use the facilities and gym. No smoking or vaping is permitted within the spa. Members may not bring outside food or drinks. Members under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted entry. Management reserves the right to ask a member to leave if they cause a disturbance.
Members use the spa facilities at their own risk. Barton Hall is not liable for illness, injury, or medical complications resulting from spa use. Members should seek medical advice before engaging in exercise. Barton Hall is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Membership prices may change with one month’s notice via email. Barton Hall reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
