  • Check in time is from 3pm on day of arrival and rooms must be vacated by 11am on day
    of departure.

  • All bedrooms and hotel rooms are non smoking. Failure to follow this may incur
    additional nights stay costs.

  • Should the room not be suitable for resale. Further action may be taken against any
    guest smoking in a room.

  • A deposit of £50 per bedroom per night is required at the time of booking. Please note
    that deposits are nonrefundable and non transferable.


  • On arrival, at check in, a credit or debit card will be required payment of the remainder
    of your whole stay at the hotel.

  • Bedrooms cancelled within 48 hours of the date of the arrival are subject to a full
    cancellation charge.

  • All damage made to any of Barton Hall’s property by a customer or his/her guests must
    be fully paid for.


  • We regret food and drinks purchased outside Barton Hall Hotel cannot be consumed in
    the Hotel or its grounds.

SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS

All treatments are carried out subject to completion of a
medical consultation, which you will be required to complete on arrival.

If you have any medical conditions there may be restrictions
on the treatments available to you.

If any treatment is found to be unsuitable, a qualified
therapist will recommend, where possible, an alternative treatment, subject to
availability.

Spa day access is from 9.30am to 5.30pm. The minimum age for
treatments is 18 years old, and facility use and gym use is 17 years old.

Please note full payment is required at time of booking.
This payment is non-refundable. However, you may move your treatment/ spa day
before 48-hours before your visit.

Cancellations or date changes are not permitted within a
48-hour window of your booking.

Please note that treatments and spa days are only available
to pregnant guests if they are between 14 and 36 weeks.
